The Beor Mountains are incredibly massive mountains that lie in the southern portion of Alagaesia. Formed by tectonic and volcanic activity, the mountain range reaches 10 miles in height and some are even taller.

The mountain range is also the dwelling place of the dwarves, having both massive cities on the surface with extensive and complex tunnel systems running through the mountains connecting them.

As well, in contrast with the dwarves, gigantic creatures dwell within these mountains. Wolves the size of horses, dragon-like reptiles that paralyze with a telepathic screech, mountain goats the size of a polar bear, boars that can kill a human with ease, and gigantic bears that are the size of a young dragon. This area with it's pine forests, low valleys and impossibly tall mountain tops, is a very dangerous place, yet at the same time, a wonderous sight to behold.

For this theme, it has to have that grand feel to it, yet, have that hint of danger behind it. Maybe you can have the theme be a bit slower, since it's normally calm within the mountains. (Very few venture there, and the wildlife usually attacks at night)

The Beor mountains only rival in the series in epic factor is probably the dragon riders themselves. The mountains are so high that the tops appear to be separated from the bottoms by clouds. The tops, even from a huge distance appear as the sky itself.
The Beors are filled with mystery, adventure, danger and solitude all at the same time. I'd like to see Bris make a screenshot of them from a distance as well because as the yare described in the series, viewed from a distance is simply...awe inspiring.

It DOES have to do with the soundtrack, I wanted an exactly description of each place, and so a picture is always nice.

Kage, pictures are used as a visual description to help get a feel for how the music needs to flow and matched the landscape.

As i sarid, if you need Old Skool soundtracks, i am out of composing the soundtrack.

Than not to be blunt or anything, but save your tracks then. I won't be able to use them efficiently if they are as they are. Don't get me wrong though, your tracks sound awesome, but I wouldn't be able to use them

I dounloaded an 8-bit program but I have as much chance of learning to compose tracts a a dog chasing a car has of actually driving it if he caught it.

Man... i CAN compose 8-Bit, its not a damn problem for me.
BUT,
I dont have the motivation to compose something like that.

And why the hell arent my soundtracks usable?
i composed them that way that they can be looped...

Haha, no, I think Span meant the yaren't usable unless they are 8 or 16 bit format because they will use up too much memory from the game. Span did say they sound awesome and they do. It's just there will be tight memory restrictions on what we can use in this game.

We understand that working back down into 8 or 16 bit material would be beneath you at this point....no big deal, we appreciate the work you did on what you did. If we could use what you do...we would, I don't think we could ever do any better. What you did is like a lamborgini when all we can fit in the garage is a beetle, lol.

I'd like to add: If we are ever able to upgrade this game to something that can actually use the larger memory music...you da man....if you were still willing to do it.
