Ya regular clothes are needed I think. Not everyone needs to be fully suited up in armor.

I agree, then you need to be able to right-click other characters and see what they are wearing...

Anyways, how does the leveling system work? I have played games where you rebirth every once in a while to lvl 1... But you keeep your skills so you get progressively better... Or will it be like runescape style leveling? I prefer the rebirth...

No problem, you just have to be able to move the solar system a couple of light years using a roll of twine, a spoon, a bottle of diet coke and a roll of Menthos, lol.

Well your exp needed will increase by 1.5 every level so eventually it will be pretty hard to level

Although as you level will there not be harder versions of monsters and stuff that give a higher XP? So sure if you go around smashing rats or something, your XP is gonna take a long long time....

I don't think that the animals/beasts should be the same with different levels. All beasts of the same species should all have very similar levels. Like within 5 levels.
Ex: all bears must be between Lvl. 10-15, not some level 10s and some level 30s

Ohhh. No, the monsters will be placed on the map, no random battles. So we have to go to them and their levels will be set.

Actually, I'm thinking of making creatures have their own experience. For example, you find a pack of wolves that, when spawned, are at level 10. You try to fight them, but fail and get eaten by the lot. Those wolves, like normal characters, will get experience from that and level up as well. Of course the exp gained will increase as the beast gets stronger, but I just thought it would bring a nice little twist in hunting. Just imagine going out and there's that same pack of wolves, but one of them survived tons of battles and is now level 30

Interesting, not bad. they would still have a base level they started at correct? Like every time they re spawn they would not have to start at level 1.

So basically, a level 42 beast would respawn at 42 right?

Haha, thats a novel idea. Most games just have a certain range of beasts basing their stats off of the players stats to make sure they have a consistent challenge.
Likethe Final Fantasy games, the higher you level the tougher the beasts you encountered.
