Dragons
Anyone know how dragons will be done? I mean, if it grows, that means it will take over one 32x32 tile. I have an idea of how it could be done, but not sure if it was already planned.
Re: Dragons
Well, what I was thinking that, a hatchling will take a 32x32 tile, but be the size of 16x16, and the maximum size dragon would be a full 32x32 tile, and if a dragon will get older than that, we could just add smaller details to make the dragon look older, like larger horns, bigger fire, etc.

Yeah, even if all the dragons are on a 32x32 tile, and they jest get stronger and more powerful.
Re: Dragons
I think that would be best.Just have them all the same size but as they get older give them better abilities.

Re: Dragons
I am guessing it would disappear so that it would fit on the tile.

No, you would have to set it up so that if it covered 64x64, you would have to have animate movement over 4 tiles.
Re: Dragons
I think it would just be easier to do 32x64 or 64x32, I forget which it is, but 32 high and 64 wide. Then you would only worry about animating two squares of 32 rather than 4. I'll work on an example tonight.

Wouldn't flying make more sense to just click some sort of 'fly' button and then your charry disappears and your dragon pic changes to show a tiny person in saddle and then you just move around like normal but you can go over trees and stuff?
