I am thinking that Elva may die or Nasuada. Elva because she isn't that important to the story anymore and Nasuada because it would be an interesting twist((and it would destroy NxE and make all NxE fans kill themselves) plus then I think if she dies Roran would be leader of the Varden.

Nasuada is unlikely to die in my opinion because she has already received Inheritance. If there's going to be a huge twist, it would be Eragon or Arya dying, but then it would be illogical, unless Eragon comes back in a way similar to the one the author of the fanfic "Leona" used. It was really good.
