Death Penalty?

you respawn immediatly, so you can run and get whatever is left, hopefully.

No you don't. There will be about 30 seconds until you respawn and whatever is left in your inventory will stay there

Stay there as in inside your inventory, not where you died

Wow, this death system is complicated. It kind of promotes people to randomly kill you while your walking down the streets of Carvahall.

HAhaha, thats funny. Well, people higher level than you cannot attack you unless you hit them first and someone on the sale level will be a fomidible fight for either party so it's reall not in anyones best interest to try it unless they have a death wish.

Wrong. You can lose ANYTHING when you die. If the person who killed you can carry what you have then it is up for grabs.

Okay, a slight alteration would be good, make the armors and weapons heavy at least so that others can't go on a rampage... Like that, warriors would kill craftsmen even when they are at a lower level. Its obvious that craftsmen would have awesome equips and warriors would take advantage of that. Not good.

But there's not going to be anyone that's just a craftsmen, so they could also be shades, riders, or arcane warriors. Also, you can't attack a level lower than you unless they attack you first.

That is what I am saying, a lower level warrior will be more powerful than a higher level craftsman.

But will that craftsmen be only that, a craftsmen? There's no telling what else he could be, so it would be unwise for the warrior to attack.

Yep, it will be funny when some mook thinks, "oh there's a craftsmen! I'll hammer him and get his goodies" then it's like, "Oh crap, how did a mere craftsman kill me in like two moves??!". ROFL.

Actually, a pure craftsman would have a low fighting level. That means, no one would be able to attack him. He would be too low.

Plus, that is why we have bounties. If someone randomly walks up to you and kills you, yah slap a bounty on his booty.

Everything will be of varying weights. Armor will be some of the heaviest pieces in your inventory and if you're some super strong beserker and have some beastly armor and someone happens to kill you. Than they better be just as strong because that shit is going to be heavy
