Jobs.

I believe you should be able to take up jobs of some sort. Like if your a low level you can be a butcher or something. I think it should depend on you class as well.

Yeah. That is what quests are for. Taking up a job in this game wold be boring, in my opinion. Not enough to do. you want a job, you can make armour and sell it.

As boring as it will be I am most likely going to have jobs in the game. There has to be other means of making money than just quests, and jobs will be the way to do it.

And a side note: Kage, please look around the forum if you plan to make a topic, It was pretty annoying seeing all those suggestions, that were already up and running, in the introductions section.

And jobs will probably be stuff like you said: Butchering, helping with farming, etc

Thorin scares me. Anyway in terms of jobs I don't think they should be to tedious either. Or it just depends on how much money you wish to make.

Of course, I'm not going to have people walk all of across the map just to get a few crowns. They will be simple and relatively quick

Yeah that's what I was thinking. However I'm bringing my Idea of farming back into play. I think the more you farm and the more crops you get the more profit you should get.

I agree, like you have a certain amount of time to get as many things done with their fields, and, depending on how much you get, you are rewarded with crowns

yeah like that. Unless you want something else say you need meat or some type of food for your guild.

Well farming is probably going to be a skill(Not a class) that everyone can learn from a farmer after you help them and then you can, eventually, make your own food and stuff for guilds/profit

yeah. I like it being a skill better. Okay another idea I had. I was thinking that each class should have a profit skill or something. Like assassins could make poisons and such to sell or coat peoples weapons with for a price.

Not every class will be able to make a profit. Beserkers, alone, don't make anything for themselves, same with martial artists, etc

Every class will have an advantage. By the time they are all out, they will be balanced so that there isn't a single class that dominates all the rest.

yes I like that. However I think that each class should have it's perks and secrets that are only known and available to that class.
