Btw, I'm actually the rock holding the dragon up. I don't need to be there, but if I am, it makes things more convenient. (I just made that up).

Leaving the dragon aside, have you found an artist yet? I wish I could help, but I'm bad with everything involving gfx, drawings and such, I don't even know how to use photoshop... :S

Unfortunately, as far as I know we have not. I'm an artist but not a pixel artist. I don't like being so limited on sizes and such with pixel art for a game.

Nope, we haven't. Famoosh was doing some stuff for it, and I know Mindrop offered to do and completed some weapons. I offered to do some armors, once I had read some tutorials and such.

This will give whoever becomes the pixel artist an easier time to do details, because doing good details on 32x32 is going to kill me! Lol, thats why its taking so long for that avatar Span, because Im toying around with the details, like hair and that kind of stuff, but its not easy to do. However, if we switch to a different game creator, I hate to swear, but we're ****ed. Span is amazing for being able to code in all these details for BYOND, but if we switch to a different code type, it'd take a fair amount of time and skill to learn it again. And I dont know about you guys, but Im itching for this game to launch. Anyway, changing the coding software would be counter-productive, so we will have to make do with my iffy drawings and Mindrops awesome weapons lol. Hopefully we find someone with a talent for pixel art though.

Anyways, if we did somehow find another programming language to work with, the making of larger icons would take twice as long and twice as much work to make/edit/animate due to their size and the amount of pixels that are going to be in each image

If you guys do end up deciding to switch game platforms, I may be able to help with that. Also, I have photoshop CS3 and I am willing to share it with you guys. If you would like to download my photoshop, I can make a torrent for it, or possibly upload it somewhere in a .zip file. I personally have had my own server (didnt require much coding) but the ragezone community has platforms that are publicly released including WoW, RO, Cabal, Flyff, Gunz, Minecraft, MU and several more. I can suggest looking through the Ragezone forum if you decide to switch game platforms.

basically, find one with dragons in it ;D
