Have you ever had to use it? I just wondered, maybe it's not as bad as we are told here in the states? We hear horror stories about people on long waiting lists and dying because they can't get in to see a doctor and such. My thought was maybe you're young enough that you haven't had need of much medical attention yet and therefore maybe not very familiar with it (?).
