Most of my friends have a 360 but some have PS3 and the PS3 owners have had more breakdowns and actually none of their 360s have broken down.

I've had my 360 ever since it came out and I can't say I have had 1 fault with it yet!

My friend got a PS3 a few months ago and is already debating trading it in because of multiple faults.

Anyways, the new 360's have even less faults seen as Microsoft fixed the Main Faults reported!

Opposite for me, PS3 is great, love the graphics and the free live.
Xbox360, my friend has one, and his got the red ring of death...like in 3 months...He had to trade it in. Maybe he left it on all night idk...

might want to tell your friend to try to clean dust off of the reader lol i thought i had the red ring of death but it was just dust on the reader, lot of money down the drain on that one

Ps3 no doubt It's just as good as xbox plus you don't have to pay extra for internet.

I think what hes talking about is the ability to shake the PS3 controller and stuff. Its kinda a rip-off of the Wii, but its cool. I have used it once (i think it was when i was playing Madden with my friend or something) but it was pretty cool. Someone who has a PS3 might be able to give more insight...

@Kage: Any info about either system that might help me chose is fine with me. So pretty much anything about Xbox or PS3 goes.
