Lol, try to gain combat lvls and other levels at the same. (by finding something that you can do a skill, and fight). A good example for you, is mining in the Falador Mine, you can fight scorpions, and mine!

I dunno about that lol. What if Im mining, then the scorpions catch me by surprise? I prefer ranged stuff, so I wouldnt just wheel on him with a pickaxe!

Yeah, those scorpions in the Falador Mine are aggressive (attack on sight) & there are around 10 - 15 of them roaming around. You won't be able mine the good stuff (coal, which requires mining lvl. 30) in there yet, Fam. I suggest you start with the Lumbridge catacombs (in the graveyard), you get good combat experience there, as well as good drops most people leave behind, like runes & sometimes some armor, arrows, etc. Oh, & most importantly, get your defense lvl. up (by selecting the 'block' stance in the combat menu, you'll have to be melee), only then you can wear better armor.

That too I guess, but if you are double Lvl than the scorps, they won't attack you and there only lvl 14. However there are 2 kings and they are Lvl 32

I recommended that because lvl. 9 & not lvl. 28. Aren't the scorpion kings at the back of that cave?? I haven't gone that far, I lost my nerve.

. THEY can bring whatever they want to while WE get our stuff confiscated. But we're definitely smarter than them, so we're not bothered about the 'law'. But we don't go BYOND (a little pun intended here) cell phones & Blackberries, though.

Home schooled kids are usually ahead of their respective age groups in the public school system. I was home schooled until the fourth grade and I was a year ahead of my classmates when I entered public school. Later on in High School, a couple of pair of home school kids came in and they were ahead of us by about a year. The public shool system is a joke.

I could rant further but oh well, lol.
