The zombie reproduces this radiation and the radiation disables your control over your body. Now it's time to get to vegas." Troy told everyone.

"Well I am glad we know what started this mess.But what happens if they are now infected and the zombies have taken over that place.We would be obliviated.I'm kind of scared to head that way.From what I've seen of that place it ain't full of rainbows and butterflies.And that is where The Horde came from when I came from that way a few days ago it is about a 3 hour drive from my place.They came straight out of Vegas's streets.I ran out of fuel right at the end of my drive and ran the rest of the way to my house grabbed a gun and an ax and headed down the road.Where I got to town and that's where you came along Troy.But if you think we should go to that freak place then just say so and we will try it."

"im going with or you all if there's a chance for a cure I'm taking it" troy said " after that I'm going to find survivors and show them how to make it and use it"

"Ok well then I guess we are heading that way."

Sam sat his radio down and turned on the radio in the truck.Nothing was on.Why would it be on?No one was at the radio stations to put music on.

"Haha how stupid can I get."Sam said aloud to himself.

Speaking of a cure, did anyone gain any intel from the base? While you were all in the base I relieved one of those undead of a medic bag full of stuff. One box full of shots is labeled NPT 40 but nothing else, no instructions or description or anything.

I was hoping it was some experimental vaccine or something. I searched the body for orders or anything that might hint at the purpose but there wasn't anything else. The syringes glow deep red.

"I have no idea what it would be.Troy you know?But surely if they got bitten or scratched or something they would have taken the shot to prevent themselves from becoming infected."

Hmm, yeah I would have thought so, it's a pure mystery. I'll hold on to it for the time being, maybe if we get a chance we can try one on an infected and see what happens.
Anyone know where we are headed? We have enough fuel and oil to go about anywhere at this point and I stocked the trailer with military rations back at the base, they even have their own heater units.
