Well a solid 30 second loop wouldn't be all that bad. I wouldn't want a loop that is like 2 minutes long anyways

If MD does figure out the background music for the site, he could probably set all of these to play on here. Then they'd be used and CeC wouldn't have wasted any time.

Ohhh, that gives me a heck of an idea.
We can always use the bigger version of these sound tracks for videos of this game on youtube to advertise the game.

That would work. But I thought we didn't want to draw to much attention to the game? Law suits and all... Wouldn't YouTube draw quite a bit of attention to it? Possibly the attention of whomever holds rights to the idea?

Well, our Alagaesia Online is a bit different than Paolini's, and Mike(from IF) said that we could do anything with this game as long as it's not making money.

I don't think we should have background music playing on here, because it could slow down the forum(I think).

I don't see anything wrong with drawing attention to this game as long as it's non-profit, the license holders should thank us for the free advertising, lol.

Hey guys I'M FINALLY BACK! (Well the internet connection is still broken on my computer but still)

Being sick in bed for 5 days straight can really get you anxious on what's going on in the internet world. . . So, let's see. . . Loris found out how to half the file size. THAT'S GREAT! king

But, we still need the required file size for the soundtrack files. If BYOND only can register wav files, then they must have made it with that in mind right? So, Span, we need to know the required file size if we want to continue.

(Again, sorry for my absence. I would be on here much sooner, but the fact that my mom's computer is the only one available and that the standing rule for it is that if you stay home from school for any reason, computer privileges are revoked, kept me off. Glad to be back!)

Good point Alf. But then we'll just be disappointing people. If they play this then watch the movie and play the official game, they'll be disappointed as hell. Oh well.

Great music. It all sounds so... majestic? noble? medieval? uber awesome? Either way it sounds great. Very fitting too.

How did I miss the village one?!? Why did I not see it?!? Dammit!!!!!
Anyway, I just discovered your village one. It's awesome. I have it on loop right now and have had for the past five minutes and it's not getting annoying at all. It just flows from the end to the beginning again. So are these usable?
And I found another way to convert the files.
1- Download the file(s) and put it/them on a disc.
2- Eject the disc and then put it back in.
3- Open iTunes and import the songs from the disc.
4- Before importing the files, choose import settings in the bottom right corner of the iTunes window and select the type of file you want (in this case .wav)

I accidentally figured it out while putting songs on my phone. It only supports .mp3 and on my mom's mac everything was .mp4. After messing around for a while I decided to check import settings and when I did I saw that .wav was an option.
And is it ok if I use the village theme as music for a school project? I think it would work perfectly...
