He he, I've listened to all of those soundtracks. They are good.

But, I don't want to copy anything here. The more original the game, the better.

And as well, the ambiance tracks for night time, and any other locations needing ambiance, are covered. I have like 30 different ambiance tracks for nearly any location. Cave, forest, blizzard, thunderstorm, you name it, I have it.

I dont know how to contribute to this thread at all, but about the copyright issues for those two gods bands. Maybe mail them and tell them our situation and ask if they would let us use them for free to help popularize their music? I dont know.

Yes! Guys, we have the green light! My friend, known as Sephiroth0172 on youtube, has agreed to compose any soundtrack we want.

So now, give me a list of the things that we want soundtracks for. And also, what format do we want it as? Do we want it in full orchestral, or do we want it kind of retro with 16-bit kind of sounds?

THIS IS URGENT, SO I WANT SOME STUFF ON IT NOW!

I think we need the retro with 16-bit kind of sounds.

We need soundtracks for battles, traveling, flying, sailing, being in your guild/house, being in mountains, fishing, and for some mysterious spots we need eerie music. That's not even a quarter of what we need, though. Lol

More clasical, like runescape. as for themes, battle themes, I would say 12-20 area themes. Elvan should focus on wind insterments, Dwarves should be drums and deeper sounds.

I for one, would have to go with orchestral. Since we have realistic ambiance tracks to go with them.

And I still need to finish the list of what we need, but this is what I've got so far. . .

Okay guys, I need a bit more then that. I need to tune this up, so I need suggestions like how each place should sound and stuff like that. Also, Sephiroth sent me a preveiw of the Main Title Theme. It still needs work, but it's coming along smoothly.

I made the promotion emote. If we do a music contest, it wont be till after the quest contest is finished. We also really wont need to do one now. The only reason would be to help involve the members more. Yeah, I made the promotion emote. Sweet Huh!

As to the background music, it is apparently quick time, which does not like me right now. Got to figure that out.

As to the trouble with the background music, I put the qestion forth in the support forum. I tried making an external playlist, but you cant add any music with the few I found. You have o pick from their selection, and your suff is not in their library. So yeah, getting that worked out.
