And I vote no on the Merchant class.

Re: New Classes
Wouldnt that be healer though? They need to mix potions for wellness and such. Think of Madame Pomfery from Harry Potter...

Re: New Classes
That's different. Healers rely on magic, and sometimes potions to heal injuries, but they themselves do not actually make the potions.

Re: New Classes
Maybe its a "mini-skill" that everyone has, that you can train. In a game I play you get 3 specific class skills, then they got mini-skills that everyone has, but need to be trained up as well. Then they got smaller versions that take half the amount of points to max out. that is also available to all.
Edit: Potion making is what I mean could be a mini skill.

Re: New Classes
There will be beast taming, but for combat purposes. I don't want to make a class based on farming/livestock. Those will be side skills that you can raise/use regardless of class

Re: New Classes
Imagne a shade doing farmwork.
Anyways I don't think we need new classes, those we have are good enough and cover pretty much everything

Re: New Classes
Most likely I will condense the classes, BUT that doesn't mean I'll be getting rid of them in full. More like combine the classes that seem a bit similar to each other together. Such as beserker and pikeman, both deal with a large two handed weapon, so I might just combine the two.
